Return Material Policy
Dear Customer:In order to offer you a better service, we present below information on our Return Material Policy.Conditions for return of material:- If you make the refund within 120 days from the date of receipt.
- The material must be in good condition.
- Audio Bibles, CD-Rom's, MP3's, and other Electronic Bibles can be returned ONLY if they are open and if they have the original plastic.
NOTE: To replace any of these items open and verify the defect and we will contact the production company.Wrong material or material not orderedIf you receive material that you did not order, you must notify our department.
Customer Service within one week of the date that the material was received and it can be repaid within a period of 2 weeks.Defective Material
You have until 1 month after the date of receipt of the product to report a defective item, otherwise no refund will be honored in some cases will provide information from the publisher or production company of that article that directly addresses with them.
Material that is not eligible for return:- Material ordered "Special Order"
- Sunday School material, or material dated.
- Seasonal material such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Easter, etc.
- Material out of production.
STEPS:If you got this article from our website, please write to returns@quevida.com explaining your case and we will send you a return form if your case is applied.Once you have obtained the appropriate return form as follows:- Fill out our Return Form completely describing the article or articles which you are returning and reason.
- Include this form with your return, attach and send to: returns@quevida.com
- Upon receipt of the material with the respective form, you will be monitoring progress.

de Devolución de Material.
Condiciones
para la devolución del material:
Si
realiza
la devolución dentro de 120 días de la fecha de su recibo.
El
material debe estar en buen estado.
Las
Biblias
en Audio, CD-Rom’s, MP3’s, y otras Biblias Electrónicas se
pueden devolver SOLAMENTE si no están abiertas y si tienen el
plástico original.
NOTA:
Para reemplazar cualquiera de estos artículos ya abiertos
verificaremos el defecto y nos comunicaremos con la compañía
productora.
Material
Equivocado o Material que no Ordenó
Si
recibe material que usted no ordenó, deberá notificar a nuestro
Departamento.
de Servicio al Cliente dentro de una semana de la fecha que dicho
material se recibió y el mismo puede ser devuelto en un periodo de
2 semanas.
Material
Defectuoso
Tiene
hasta 1 mes después
de la fecha de recepción del producto, para reportar un artículo
defectuoso, de otra manera no se honrará la devolución, en algunos
casos se le proporcionará la información de la editorial o
compañía productora de dicho artículo para que se dirija
directamente con ellos.
Material
que no es elegible para Devolución:
- Material ordenado por “Orden Especial”
Material
de Escuela Dominical, o material fechado.
Material
de Temporada como: Navidad, Día de las Madres, Pascua, etc.
Material
fuera de producción.

Si

Una vez que haya obtenido la
forma de devolución proceda así:

nuestra Forma de Devolución completamente describiendo el o los
artículos los cuales desea devolver y la razón.
Incluir
esta forma con su devolución, adjuntarlo y enviarlo a:

Una
vez recibido el material con la forma respectiva, se le dará el
seguimiento correspondiente.
